  • Experience Points (XP): Your earned XP is stored locally to track your rank and progress.
  • Settings: Your preferences, such as sound settings (muted/unmuted), are stored locally.

This locally stored data is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

b) Information Collected by Third-Party Services:

  • Usage Analytics (Expo/React Native - Basic): The underlying framework may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash reports to help maintain and improve the App's stability and performance. This typically includes device type, OS version, and session information, but not personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Operate the App: Store your progress (XP) and settings locally.
  • To Improve the App: Analyze aggregated, anonymous usage data and crash reports.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your locally stored data (XP, settings) with any third parties. Data collected by third-party services (App Stores for IAP if applicable, usage analytics) is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / Applicable Laws)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of data held by third-party services like Apple, Google (for analytics, if applicable). Please refer to their privacy policies for instructions on exercising these rights. For data stored locally, it is managed entirely on your device and can be effectively deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App. You can contact us using the details in the Imprint section for any questions regarding this policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
